Our Story

Syncing their deep grasp of autonomous aerial platforms with a vision to 'Make in India' and scale up, young aircraft maintenance engineer couple Shruthi Dixit and Mrutyunjay Hegde founded the company in 2018.

The core team consists of experts in aerospace, aviation, computer vision, and artificial intelligence, who have collectively accumulated over 50 years of extensive experience in the UAV industry.

Synergizing research and development with seamless product innovation and delivery, ZMotion Autonomous Systems Pvt Ltd has its thrust on indigenous design. To carry forward the vision, it has its focus on localized manufacturing.

The evolution of inhouse expertise over the last five years has helped ZAS forge an advanced ecosystem of critical components mandated for Unmanned Aerial Systems. Systems are now in place to respond to the high demands of aerodynamics, flight controls, drone software, electronics & hardware, advanced composite manufacturing techniques and communication systems.

To build responsive autonomous vehicles, ZAS has its R & D team navigate the breadth and depth of the systems. The team designs and engineers the self-guided Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) to follow a defined flight path, aided by advanced sensors and artificial intelligence algorithms.

The vehicles aim to boost aerial platforms that ensure safety with optimized efficiency and reduced redundancies.

These UAVs are designed to deliver a multitude of tasks in challenging environments like high altitude and suboptimal terrain. The range of applications extend from aerial surveillance to delivery services, disaster management and more.

Powered by innovations in automation, the ZAS drones have demonstrated optimized operational efficiency, performing complex tasks with high precision. To drive research and innovation, and to amplify the scope of autonomous systems, ZAS has inked collaborative partnerships with the industry and academia.

The goal: Accelerate mutually beneficial technological breakthroughs across domains, staying updated with emerging and leading industry trends.

Adhering to the mandated safety standards, ZAS works closely with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
